Technicolor’s hit animated show, The Deep, has secured a master toy licensee in the form of Simba Toys.
Brokered by CPLG, the deal will see the toy firm release a line of play-sets, role-play toys, figures and accessories, with plans to expand into die-cast, outdoor, R/C and wheeled toys.

"Their enthusiasm for The Deep and willingness to collaborate at every stage of development ensures a robust toy line that will truly capture the essence of the brand.”
Season two of the show made its debut in the UK in July on CBBC, which went on to rank as the number one series for kids aged from six to 12 for the week beginning July 31st, according to BARB.
The first toys will hit retailers in the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Nordic countries during Q3 2018.
