Coiledspring secures exclusive deal with King of Tokyo publishers IELLO

Coiledspring Games is ramping up its tabletop gaming offering with an exclusive partnership with the French games publisher, IELLO.

The UK firm will now distribute IELLO’s raft of popular gaming titles – including the likes of King of Tokyo and Welcome to the Dungeon – to retailers across the country.

A new title under the remit will be the 2017 release Mountains of Madness, a new game from designer Rob Daviau that blends HP Lovecraft with cooperative gameplay.

Roger Martin, managing director of Coiledspring, said: “IELLO is a company we have admired for many years, so we are delighted to announce our partnership.

“From a retail perspective, its extensive range brings cross-appeal; for those who are looking for a stand-out shelf presence and repeat purchases. Consumers will be equally delighted to access the company’s wider catalogue more readily.”

Coiledspring will be investing in an extensive marketing programme which will include in-store demos, bonus cards and giveaways.

“Our ambition is to establish IELLO as a strong consumer brand which has appeal across the retail games sector, from hobby games stores to mass market retail.”
