Playmobil’s Sir Playsalot heads to Ireland

Playmobil’s costume character Sir Playsalot is heading to Ireland for the first time this summer.

The well-known life size character is set to make his way to the country after visiting Hopkins Toymaster in Wicklow this weekend, to celebrate the store’s 190th birthday.

Sir Playsalot will then head to Fagans Toymaster, Mullingar on July 14th to 16th and Tir Na Nog Toymaster, Clare Ennis on August 17th to 20th.

"We’re really excited to bring Sir Playsalot to Ireland for the very first time in the history of the brand,” said Jamie Dickinson from Playmobil.

“This is one of his most exciting quests to date and we know his Irish friends will welcome him with open arms.”
