Gibsons readies Enid Blyton-inspired puzzles

Gibsons is expanding its offering with a line of Enid Blyton-inspired puzzles.

Coinciding with the 75th anniversary of book one in the series, Gibsons will launch five puzzles this September.

The first is a 1,000-piece montage puzzle that features artwork and one-liner quotes from new books, while the other four come with 250 pieces and have been designed to look like the covers of the likes of Five On Brexit Island and Five Go Parenting.

“We can’t wait to release the brand new puzzles,” said Emily Charles, product development manager at Gibsons.

“The four Famous Five Books for Grown-Ups puzzles are packaged in book-sized boxes to capitalise on their gift appeal and with a pick-up price point of £6.99, they are perfect stocking fillers for any family member who fancies a giggle.”

Prices for the new collection range from £6.99 to £12.99 and will be available to purchase from September.

Vicky Hill, licensing director at Bulldog Licensing, added: “We’re delighted to have Gibsons on board. I’m sure they will do an excellent job in tapping into the huge nostalgic appeal of these timeless classics.”
