MadeForMums Toy Awards 2017 opens for entries

Parenting product reviews site MadeForMums has opened entries for its Toy Awards 2017.

The annual, consumer-facing awards, judged by children as well as grown-ups, celebrate the best toys at every age and stage from newborn to preteens. There will be awards for everything from Best Baby Toy and Best Toddler Toy to Best Wooden Toy, Best Science/Tech Toy and Best Scooter – with 21 other categories in between.

The Toy Awards are also rated by the national press, with the Daily Mail featuring detailed coverage of the winners in 2016.

MadeForMums’ top-ranking toy review content has driven over £220K of toy sales in the past 12 months, the site reports.

“Because MadeForMums is so trust by our users, they click through the links on our editorial content to buy the products we rate and recommend,” says Susie Boone, MadeForMums’ editorial director. “And our Toy Awards winners will benefit from showcase editorial coverage, timed for publication in the peak Christmas-gift-buying weeks.”
