New Pokémon movie returns to show’s origins

A new Pokémon movie has been revealed, in the form of Pokémon: I Choose You, a new film that returns to origins of the ’90s anime series, albeit with a few twists including new legendary Pokémon and ghost Pokémon, Marshadow.

This new Pokémon universe, complete with new characters and creatures is sure to spawn a renewed toy offering as well as additions to the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

Pokémon: I Choose You hits Japanese cinemas in July, but the western release details have yet to be confirmed.
