Little Tikes inks deal with Diggerland theme parks

Little Tikes is joining forces with UK theme park chain Diggerland for a range of performance days and play zones.

Fully branded Little Tikes Play Zones will launch in each of the four Diggerland parks, boasting the Little Tikes’ Wheelz range including dirt diggers and dump trucks.

The launch kicks off with sites in Kent and Devon on April 1st, which will be followed by Diggerland in Yorkshire and Durham on July 1st.

“We are excited to have secured this partnership with Diggerland. Our expertise within the pre-school category has meant we’re able to help provide the type of experience that will really engage with the under fives and add real value to families visiting this existing attraction,” said Victoria Starr, brand manager at Little Tikes UK.

“By providing a fantastic Play Zone, we not only offer children the chance to interact and play together, but allow parents to see for themselves how the toys really spark kids’ imaginations and encourage learning.”

Little Tikes will also hold performance days throughout the year, where Little Tikes’ Wheelz Play Specialists will showcase R/C toys from the Wheelz and Flyerz range, including My First Flyer and RC Tyre Twister.

Sherene Garvin-Mack, marketing manager at Diggerland, added: “It’s fantastic to welcome Little Tikes to our existing Diggerland Parks.

“The synergy between our digger-inspired rides and games and the Little Tikes’ trucks, ride-ons and sand and water play meant this partnership was a no-brainer for us.”
