Nuremberg Toy Fair 2018 duration reduced by one day

Spielwarenmesse Toy Fair 2018 in Nuremberg will run for one day less than previous years, it has been announced.

The event at the Exhibition Centre in Nuremberg will in future take place over five rather than six days and will no longer run into the Monday. The dates for 2018 have been scheduled from Wednesday, January 31st to Sunday, February 4th.

This latest decision by organiser Spielwarenmesse eG was made for "a more compact trade fair is designed to enhance efficiency on all fronts."

CEO Ernst Kick comments: “We are sending out a clear signal that is fully in tune with the needs of our customers, as we are aware of the pressures on both time and budgets.”

This year’s dates remain unchanged with the fair running from Wednesday, February 1st to Monday, February 6th.
