Hamleys set to roll out new stores across India

Toy retail store Hamleys is set to increase its presence in India from its existing 29 stores by March 2018.

The toy shop has entered the Hyderabad market with a new store boasting 7,000sq ft in the Sujana Forum Mall.

Already present in 18 cities, Hamleys in now set to concentrate on Coimbatore, Kochi, Guwahati, Ludhiana with more stores to come in Hyderabad in the forthcoming months.

By the end of this year, Hamleys is hopeful to have opened 45 stores and 50 by March 2018.

Darshan Mehta, CEO of Hamleys, said: “We are more confident than ever to open and operate stores,” reports Business Standard.
