Addo Play has detailed its plans for strategic expansion into the US market, Canada and Mexico through a new partnership with Black Horse Consulting.
The firm will be working closely with Adrian Roche, the founder of the newly launched consulting business, Black Horse over the coming months in order to gain a foothold in the market.
The partnership is just the latest move in Addo Play’s wider plans for global expansion which has seen the company enter 20 countries over the last year, including recently agreed distribution partnerships in France with HellerJoustra and CIFE in Spain.
More partnerships are expected to be added over the January previews period in Hong Kong, as the business continues to push forward on the back of the UK retail success and further product line extensions.
The firm has revealed that expectations for 2017 are now running ‘very high.’
“Adrian and his consultancy are well known to many of the team at Addo,” began David Martin, joint managing director at Addo Play.
“His extensive market knowledge and contacts together with his product and licensing insight will bring real benefit to Addo in this next phase of the business.”
Last year saw Addo Play launch ten new brands, featuring over 70 products, exclusively in The Entertainer stores and this year will see the firm celebrate its one-year anniversary since international launch in Hong Kong.
