Trends UK secures distribution deal with Wind Designs

Trends UK has signed a distribution deal with Wind Designs that will see the firm offer a selection of Trends’ toys and products to independent retailers.

The agreement follows the successful co-operation between Trends UK and Wind Designs that was initiated in 2016 with the joint launch of the popular Wet Head game from Zing Toys.

The partnership, having taken effect from January 1st, 2017, will see West Designs carry a wider range of Trends UK’s popular lines, including licensed ELAs, science and hobby toys and best-selling games.

According to Trends, the partnership provides a broader distribution network, better service and increased availability for independent retailers.

Graham Spark, sales director, Trends UK, said: “We have established a fantastic working relationship with Wind Designs and are looking forward to collaborating with them on a wider range of items in 2017.

“We have a very exciting line-up, including new high-profile licensed toys which will be available for Wind Designs customers.”

Phil Jones, managing director, Wind Designs, added: “Launching Wet Head in 2016 proved our companies form a beneficial partnership.

“Extending the relationship to include a larger selection of Trends UK’s items makes perfect sense. We are looking forward to showcasing it in the new year.”

A selected range of Trends UK products will be available to see on the Wind Designs stand at UK Toy Fair.
