Hasbro readies for launch of Star Wars Cluedo

Who killed Greedo in the Cantina? Well, obviously we all know now that it was Han Solo…but let’s not ruin the game.

To the delight of sci-fi fans across the globe, Hasbro is now preparing to launch an exclusive Star Wars themed version of its popular family gaming title Cluedo.

Yes, the firm is trading its candle sticks for lightsabers and its library for the Death Star in the latest variation of the hit gaming title.

The new Star Wars Cluedo is set during the events of Star Wars: A New Hope as players journey their way through the Death Star, discovering which planet Darth Vader plans to destroy next, in which room the Death Star plans are hidden and which vehicle is the correct escape pod.

The game includes six Star Wars character pawns, five-piece cardboard game board, a mission notepad, die, six vehicle tokens, six planet tokens, a mission folder, twenty one Cluedo cards, 19 corridor cards and a game guide.

Fans can play as Luke, Leia, Han, Chewbacca, R2-D2 or C-3PO.
