Golden Bear enjoys awards success

Golden Bear is celebrating a year of success after winning various awards for its expansive range of toys.

The firm’s pre-school construction range, My First JCB, bagged a host of awards with its Stacking Stanley Mega Truck, winning gold in the new MadeforMums Awards, whilst the Fun Farm Tractor Tim vehicle picked up bronze in the Right Start Best Toy Awards.

The Stacking Stanley Mega Truck also achieved ‘Recommended’ status in the acclaimed Fundamentally Children’s The Good Toy Guide.

Elsewhere, the Run-along Fun Sounds Twirlywoos won gold in in the Lovedbyparents Awards earlier in the year, whilst also receiving gold in the Practical Pre-school Awards.

“We’ve had a fantastic run of award wins over the last few months,” said Katherine Pierce, senior licensing and marketing manager at Golden Bear.

"As a company it’s wonderful to gain consumer and industry recognition for not only our new licensed ranges coming on board but also celebrating innovation across existing product lines.”

Other accolades include the gold and silver awards at the Independent Toy Awards for Something Special Mr Tumble’s Fun Sounds Musical Car and Oddbods Voice Activated Interactive Fuse and Pogo Soft Toys.
