IMC Toys witnessed its best ever sales figures for its Club Petz plush range in June.
In June, IMC boasted six toys within the top 25 selling products, with Lucy the Dog, Blu Blu the Dolphin and Lola the Puppy each cracking the top ten.
To support this range, IMC Toys have invested heavily in marketing and TV advertisement.
7000 TVRs have been planned in to support the range, with a significant proportion of the advertising starting to roll out from this weekend and into the summer holidays. IMC is also investing in dedicated sponsorship spots on Disney Junior to push key items within the range.
This autumn/winter will see Yo Yo Panda, Kokum the Lion, Bim Bim the Squirrel and Martina the Turtle join the line-up.
"Club Petz continues to perform for us and we’re confident that with the TV and marketing investment we have laid out, the new products will continue to build upon this success," said IMC Toys MD, Terry Crew.
"Established items, Lucy the Dog and Blu Blu the Dolphin will yet again be on children’s Christmas wish list but I also think some of our new lines such as Martina the Turtle and Yoyo Panda will be set to make some waves too.’
