Ruth Elliott is something of a design legend in this industry as the co-founder of both Carterbench and Big Ideas.
Elliott worked on the UK’s first line of Star Wars toys, was involved in the pencil sketches for the Big Yellow Teapot and created toys and games for Basil Brush.
More recently, Elliott has enjoyed success designing for Cartamundi’s Shuffle range, Paul Lamond’s Doctor Who 50th Anniversary board game and Ravensburger’s Jolly Octopus game.
Elliott also scooped last year’s International Designer and Inventor of Toys Award.
