Toy industry honours Elise Lachowyn with Distoy charity bike ride

Members of the global toy industry took part in a bike ride on June 3rd, in memory of Elise Lachowyn.

The ride, which was organised by Tech 4 Kids and Character Options during Distoy, was open to all friends in the industry who wanted to take part.

Andrew Carley from Entertainment One, Jon Elliott, Jon Diver and Kevin Belcher from Character Group, Brad Pederson and Graeme Bisset from Tech 4 Kids, Kepa Amutxastegi from Blue Skies and Andrew Robertson all took part.

Starting early in the morning at the St James Court Hotel in London, the bikers traveled 60 miles and finished their route in Brighton.

The bike ride was orgnaised in hour of Lachowyn, who sadly passed away earlier this year in a fatal traffic accident in New York, while travelling to attend this year’s US Toy Fair.

In memory of Lachowyn, a trust fund has been set up for her daughter Skyler, where donations can be made here.
