Fans of the hit sci-fi franchise Star Wars can now get their hands on replica props from the latest movie, including a melted Darth Vader helmet and lightsaber hilt.
In its latest move to tantalise the die-hard followers of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Disney and Lucasfilm have launched its latest arm to the sci-fi universe, the Star Wars Collectibles: Ultimate Studio Edition.
The new studio delivers a range of prop replica products, created by the propmakers at Propshop in Pinewood Studios themselves and based on the 2015 hit Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
The initial offering from the collectables line features eight prop replicas including Darth Vader’s melted helmet, Rey’s lightsaber hilt, a FN-2187 Stormtrooper helmet complete with the bloodied hand print and more.
The made to order replicas will arrive with custom display pedestals and packed in branded wooden crates inspired by the real used to ship the film props.
“We are delighted to be able to produce such a groundbreaking line of merchandise,” said James Enright, assets director and CEO of Proshop.
