LEGO welcomes its first baby Minifigure with a raft of new LEGO City sets

LEGO has welcomed its first baby Minifigure to the LEGO family as the Danish toymaker unveils a raft of new LEGO City building sets.

Three new themed sets have been launched under the LEGO City umbrella, including LEGO City Airport, LEGO City Volcano and a new LEGO City people pack called Fun in the Park, featuring its first pint-sized figure.

Kids can take a trip on LEGO City Airlines and start the holiday off from the Airport Passenger Terminal. They can be part of the crew and load up the Cargo Plane, help deliver the mail in the new postal helicopter, or set up for an exciting day out at the Airport Air Show.

The range is complete with stunt planes, hangar, pilots and mechanics, and includes the Airport Passenger Terminal set, Airport VIP Service set, Airport Cargo Plane set, Airport Air Show set, and Airport Starter Set.

In LEGO City Volcano Explorers, explorers, scientists and miners can discover and study rare gems hidden in the lava. But working on a volcano is not an easy task, as ash, heat and lava make it tough work! And you always have to be prepared in case of a sudden eruption.

The LEGO City Volcano includes the Volcano Exploration Base set, Volcano Supply Helicopter set, Volcano Crawler set, Volcano Exploration Truck set, and the Volcano Starter Set.

All three sets are available for retailers to order now.
