Brainstorm welcomes new member to product development team

Educational toy specialist Brainstorm has welcomed a new member to the product development team.

Lucy Preston has joined the team as the product development department continues its plans for expansion coinciding with the move to new offices.

Preston boasts experience in product development having previously held roles within new product design, supplying major supermarkets in the UK and across Europe.

“Lucy is a very welcome addition to the team,’ said Rosanne Kenealy, product director at Brainstorm.

“She comes to us with an in-depth knowledge of dealing with overseas factories and quality control. More importantly she is incredibly creative and we are looking forward to working with her as we continue to grow our ranges.”

Meanwhile, the firm is celebrating a new milestone as marketing manager Debra Tiffany reaches her tenth year with the company having started with company in 2006.

She joined the team as sales account manager and was promoted to marketing manager as it continued to expand in the UK.

Nick Saunders, sales director at Brainstorm, said: “It’s an extremely exciting time for Brainstorm as we continue to develop our own brands as well as increasing the distribution arm of the business.

“Debra’s input will be very much key to helping take us forward and we look forward to celebrating her next ten years with us.”
