Paul Lamond kicks off 27th Perudo championships

Paul Lamond Games is kicking off the 27thPerudo World Championship with qualifier rounds in Glasgow, Milton Keynes and London this year.

Around 30 players are set to take part in the 2016 qualifiers that start on June 15th in Glasgow, with the Milton Keynes and London qualifiers set to follow in September.

The winners of those will then get the chance to battle it out in the Perudo World Championships at The Groucho Club in London later this year.

Richard Wells, sales director of Paul Lamond Games, said: "It is fantastic to be building upon the phenomenal success of last year’s events. The qualifiers have been exceptionally popular and we are seeing more people than ever rolling the dice.

“Perudo has such a following and we are sure to see some of the nation’s most dedicated Perudo fans up and down the country battling for their place. We’re excited about seeing old friends and new faces, whether they are a seasoned professional Perudo player or have never played before, everyone is welcome.”
