The Puppy in My Pocket toy collection is set to return to the market, thanks to an all-new marketing and PR campaign from GP Flair’s Just Play division.
The collection launched at Easter, which was supported by TV advertisements, and now FDSUs are being unveiled in many stores.
In addition, a series of print adverts for the toy line were also rolled out, reaching nearly 700,000 readers.
Kirsty Mackenzie, marketing manager at Just Play, said: “In My Pocket is one of the top brands GP Flair is to launch following our strategic partnership with Just Play.
“I’m already fond of it for nostalgic reasons as I loved it back in the 90s. We are only just rolling into retail and already initial sales look really strong. It’s such a great collectible range, I’m sure it will create many new fans.”
Puppy in My Pocket will also be making moves at the National Pet Show this month, followed by a digital programme with Popfun, where fans can play the Pocket the Puppy game.
During the programme, fans will also get the chance to vote for their favourite dog breed, which will be developed into an official story later this year announcing the results of the survey held by Puppy in My Pocket.
