‘We will continue to improve our programme to strive to win our fourth award next year, which will place us as an IPA CPD Platinum agency,’ says Generation Media’s Lisa Morgan

Generation Media takes home third IPA Gold Standard accolade

Generation Media has revealed its latest accolade, securing the IPA Gold Standard award for its continuous professional development.

This award marks the third year the agency has taken home the prestigious accreditation from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising.

IPA judges said: “Generation Media has created a culture of learning, which is clearly evidenced in employees sharing best practice and ideas with each other (this really stood out versus other submissions). I had to remind myself of the agency’s size and I mean that in a good way.”

To be in with a chance of winning, agencies must undergo a full review of their development programmes and systems, and demonstrate how effective these are.

Lisa Morgan, MD of Generation Media, added: “We are exceptionally proud to have been awarded the IPA’s CPD Gold award for the third year. This gives our clients, both current and prospective, the confidence that their business is in good hands, with all experts handling their account being part of our industry leading development and training programme.

“We will continue to improve our programme to strive to win our fourth award next year, which will place us as an IPA CPD Platinum agency.”
