Generation Media has revealed its latest accolade, securing the IPA Gold Standard award for its continuous professional development.
This award marks the third year the agency has taken home the prestigious accreditation from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising.
IPA judges said: “Generation Media has created a culture of learning, which is clearly evidenced in employees sharing best practice and ideas with each other (this really stood out versus other submissions). I had to remind myself of the agency’s size and I mean that in a good way.”
To be in with a chance of winning, agencies must undergo a full review of their development programmes and systems, and demonstrate how effective these are.
