The Entertainer readies new store opening in Bristol

Toy retailer The Entertainer is set to open a new Bristol store next month in The Galleries Shopping Centre.

The store will span 2,800sq ft in size and will open on April 23rd, with special appearances from Lego Ninjago’s Kai throughout the day, along with in-store demos and special seasonal promotions.

Colin Lang, centre manager at The Galleries, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming The Entertainer to the top floor of The Galleries.

“I am sure that the store will appeal to our shoppers who appreciate both great quality and great value.”

The retailer will also celebrate the opening with a trolley dash to support The Grand Appeal, the Bristol Children’s Hospital Charity.

Helen Haskell, corporate partnerships manager at The Grand Appeal, added: “Bristol Children’s Hospital is one of the leading children’s hospitals in the UK, treating critically-ill children from across the South West and further afield.

“Every penny we raise helps us make sure the hospital can provide the very best care possible to young patients, like Jack, as well as supporting their families.”

Gary Grant, MD and founder of The Entertainer, commented: “After experiencing such solid growth across the UK, we are pleased to announce the opening of the Bristol store.

“The Galleries shopping centre continues to offer a strong retail position for our store as it attracts large numbers of family shoppers who are demanding more toy shopping choice on the high street and within shopping centres. We look forward to bringing joy and wonder to the children of Bristol.”
