The Entertainer is celebrating its success in Scotland with two new stores opening in Dundee and Dunfermline.

Both stores are located in shopping centres and boast a size of 3,300sq ft, plus each will create a number of new jobs.

To mark the opening of the stores, various activities will take place including character appearances, in-store demos and seasonal promotions.

Gary Grant, MD of The Entertainer, said: “We have a solid footprint right across the UK on both the High Street and in shopping centres.

“We are really excited to be expanding our retail base in Scotland and we look to continuing to grow our business throughout 2016.”

Plus, each store will celebrate their opening with a trolley dash for two local charities, including Children’s Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS) and Help for Kids.

The retailer will now have a total of 120 stores across the UK, five of which are located in Scotland.
