Vivid’s Jonny Henton to tackle The Toy Trust’s Big Cambridge Challenge half marathon

Vivid’s development and QA director Jonny Henton is running a half marathon to raise money for The Toy Trust.

Henton is tackling The Toy Trust’s Big Cambridge Challenge on July 2nd and has set a MyDonate target of £2,000.

"Another year and another fantastic Toy Trust challenge," said Henton.

"I really love how this event has evolved in recent years. It’s always been rewarding to be involved, but with greater visibility of why we do it (see the video below) and with the event having a base, it is very effective at both raising much needed money and bringing the industry together. Hats off to the organisers on that score.

"Hence on July 2nd, I’ll be attempting the half marathon. As something of an occasional sportsman I’m going to need to train properly for this one to ensure I complete it and stay injury free. With 15 weeks to go I guess I’d better dust off my trainers, but clearly need to be inspired by some generous sponsorship."

The Toy Trust’s Big Cambridge Challenge is looking to raise £200,000 for children’s charities supported by the Toy Trust.
