64 Million Artists campaign sets out to make UK the most creative place on earth

A campaign has launched to place creativity at the heart of British life.

64 Million Artists is a national campaign designed to unlock the creativity of everyone in Britain.

Founded by Jo Hunter and David Micklem, the campaign ran last year as 53 Million Artists, and now the relaunch is once again aiming to get the UK’s creative juices flowing.

The site offers regular 30 day challenges, day to day creative activities and Friday Challenges to people who sign up.

‘We believe passionately that everyone has the right to a creative life, that we are all instinctively creative but that often gets knocked out of us at school or work,’ reads a statement from 64 Million Artists.

‘We wanted to create a simple way of helping people do stuff again, to just have a go without worrying about being good at something or being an expert.’
