Anki has appointed Dominic Ruso as chief financial officer.
Ruso will spearhead the financial side of the business as the company continues to expand into new territories and markets.
To date, Anki has raised £89.6 million ($130 million) in funding.
"I’m thrilled Dominic has joined our executive team as we bring robotics and AI into more homes across the world,” said Boris Sofman, Anki co-founder and CEO.
"This technology is a very powerful tool to transform many industries. The challenge is to deliver viable robotic products to consumers at an affordable cost. Dominic’s vast experience will help Anki navigate the financial complexities of the business as we scale internationally and continue to innovate and expand our product lines."
Ruso was formerly the CFO at Beats by Dr.Dre and served as the finance lead during the Apple integration.
