TOMY’s Mark Foster has been promoted from head of marketing EMEA to executive vice pesident, Europe, within a year of joining the firm.
Foster was formerly with Hasbro where he held a variety of senior roles in both marketing and licensing.
“Since joining our company earlier this year, Mark has demonstrated exceptional business leadership and strategic planning skills," said Masayuki Nagatake, chief operating officer at TOMY International.
"During his tenure, Mark has established a reputation for agility and accountability and has strengthened relationships with both licensors and our customers.”
Foster added: “Our aims in 2016 and beyond are clear: to focus and invest in our core brands like Lamaze, TOMY Toddler and Aquadoodle; to continue to be a first class partner in managing major global licenses like Disney and Pokemon; and to return to our reputation for bringing innovative and novel items to the European toy market.
