Educational toy brand LeapFrog has teamed with Nickelodeon to bring its hit children’s series Blaze and the Monster Machines to its new Imagicard range.
The latest addition to the LeapFrog Learning Library brings 30 new characters and curricular cards to life through AR technology, allowing kids to embrace the Nickelodeon property in new gaming action.
Aimed at youngsters aged three to five years old, LeapFrog Imagicard Blaze and the Monster Machines encourages little ones to use STEM skills to compete and complete the game’s 18 missions.
Blaze, AJ and a cast of characters from the hit series all feature in the new gaming title.
Similar to other titles in LeapFrog’s Learning Library, Blaze and the Monster Machines features LeapFrog’s Just For Me Learning Technology, allowing kids to personalise the experiences as the game adapts automatically during play.
More than 50 trivia questions are included in the game, while kids can also take selfies with Blaze and his friends to further their engagement with both the game and the property.
Gail Fisher, UK and EMEAA content and licensing manager at LeapFrog, said: “We are delighted to add Blaze and the Monster Machines to our Imagicard family.
“It’s a hot new property on Nick Jr. and also our first STEM title for LeapPad. STEM education has been identified as a major priority by the government for developing a strong supply of future scientists, engineers, technologists and mathematicians.
“This is a thrilling, action-packed game that truly comes to life with the help of the interactive cards, creating a magical and immersive experience for children.”
