Accentuate lands on Amazon LaunchPad

Guess-the-accent party game Accentuate has debuted as one of the first products to be featured on Amazon Launchpad in the UK.

LaunchPad is where Amazon showcases the best new products to come out of start-ups and crowdfunding platforms.

The companies featured on LaunchPad are given support to launch, market and distribute their products to Amazon customers and benefit from custom product pages on the new Amazon Launchpad store, marketing support and access to Amazon’s UK fulfilment network including Amazon Prime.

“British inventors are responsible for some of the most innovative consumer products in the world, from the lawnmower to the electrical vacuum cleaner to the collapsible baby buggy,” said Christopher North, managing director, Amazon.co.uk.

“Now we are introducing a dedicated store on Amazon.co.uk where our customers can find a range of cutting-edge items from today’s generation of British inventors that we’re helping to cultivate.”

Fiona Fraser-Bell, sales and marketing director of Accentuate, added: “What an amazing place to be showcased, an eclectic collection of innovations from across the globe and we, from the Wirral – it’s a superb accolade for all our hard work.

"The new Amazon Launchpad programme provides, as the name suggests, a real boost for startups on this world-leading commerce platform. With plenty of support from the might of the Amazon media machine, the push behind this initiative is sure to make a real impact across any business selected to be a part of it.”
