Linkee launches first trivia app for Apple TV

The trivia game Linkee has become one of the first to launch a new Apple TV app in the App Store.

The app is similar to the original game, but comes with 150 different Linkee cards, and over 100 separate questions for single payer mode.

As two teams race to collect all the letters of ‘Linkee’, those who figure out the correct link first must grab the remote and shake it above their head, whilst shouting ‘Linkee’.

Dean Tempest from Linkee, said: “As technology has evolved, so have our games. So, while last year marked the arrival of the single player Linkee app for Apple and Android, this year sees the birth of on-screen multiplayer Linkee.

“It’s the perfect next step for the game and one that we hope will help extend the Linkee brand’s reach into an even wider audience of new players.

“The Apple TV platform excites us a lot – Linkee has always been about doing things differently and this is a brilliant new way for us to engage the whole family, in one room, and have them do battle over the remote for very different reasons.”

The Linkee tvOS app, is available to download from the App Store for £2.99, and have been designed to be used with Apple TV.
