Hasbro Studios has hired screenwriter T.J Fixman as its new creative consultant as the firm expands projects based on its line of games and toys.
At Hasbro Studios, Fixman will be responsible for building upon the firm’s portfolio of brands across all platforms including film, television and digital.
Fixman – whose feature script credits include Fox’s The Men Who Kill and Disney’s Gargoyles – will work closely with Hasbro’s internal storytelling tema, including Josh Feldman, head of film development and Michael Ross and Meghan McCarthy, heads of storytelling for television.
The team will continue to report directly to chief content officer and president of Hasbro Studio, Stephen Davies.
Fixman has also penned the script for the upcoming feature film adaptation of the Insomniac Games’ Rachet and Clank.
