Toytown moves into Chelmsford Quadrant with new concession

Family-run independent toy retailer, Toytown is continuing its plans for expansion with the launch of a new concession in Essex.

The retailer has moved into a new site in Chelmsford’s Co-op owned department store, Quadrant, where it will offer lines including LEGO, Shopkins, Paw Patrol, Frozen, Minions and The Avengers.

With 40 years’ experience selling toys in the UK an Ireland, the Essex concession is the latest move in the retailer’s expansion plans for 2015.

The retailer will mark its official launch at the new site on the first floor of Quadrant Chelmsford on Saturday, august 15th with a draw to win numerous prizes including the new LEGO Friends Popstar Tour Bus.

“We are delighted to welcome Toytown to our Chelmsford store, where customers can expect to find all of the latest and greatest in toys, with superb offers at half price or more on many favourite brands,” Co-op’s head of department stores, Stephen rogers, told the Essex Chronicle.

Brian Simpson, general manager of Toytown, added: “The range will be tailored through time to make sure that we have the right offer Chelmsford.”
