Toymaster details Harrogate charities that benefitted from show donations

Toymaster has detailed the five Harrogate charities that benefitted from toy donations made after the May show.

80 per cent of the toys donated went to Martin House Hospice for Children and Young People for children with life limiting illnesses. The toys will be used both for general use at the hospice as well as for personal birthday and Christmas presents for the children throughout the year.

The remaining 20 per cent of toy donations were shared between Harrogate Young Carers, Harrogate Special Baby Unit and Woodlands Children’s Ward, The Mia Mason Appeal and Hope Pastures Education Charity Project Leeds for disadvantaged inner city children.

‘We would like to thank all the suppliers that left toy donations for the charities at the show,’ read a statement from the Toymaster team.
