MGA teams with Build-A-Bear Workshop for Lalaloopsy initiative

MGA Entertainment is partnering with Build-A-Bear Workshop to launch the first line of customised, stuffed Lalaloopsy dolls.

The partnership has been formed as part of the Lalaloopsy brand’s Super Silly Fifth Anniversary Party.

Commencing in August, the initiative will offer fans the chance to create four of the eight original Lalaloopsy characters, including Crumbs Sugar Cookie, Jewel Sparkles, Peanut Big Top and Mittens Fluff ‘N’ Stuff.

Kids will be able to personalise their creations with the range of Build-A-Bear Workshop accessories.

“We have received requests from fans all over the world who want to create their own Lalaloopsy dolls, and we are finally able to make their wish come true by partnering with Build-A-Bear Workshop,” said Isaac Larian, CEO of MGA Entertainment.

“Our astoundingly successful Lalaloopsy brand combined with their proven do-it-yourself formula is a guaranteed win-win situation for both companies and our customers.”

The partnership forms part of the Lalaloopsy brand’s fifth birthday celebrations, which will also include various live entertainment and social media events.
