Crookes has been a key driver at the BTHA throughout her career in the industry from 2002.
She tackles all issues on behalf of the membership with creativity, great skill and enthusiasm, and is a superb ambassador when it comes to Government relations and in the wider media.
In addition to her role at the BTHA, Crookes is also currently co-chair of the Toy Industries of Europe’s Communications committee.
