Tomy’s Britains Farm Toys will be helping to encourage the agriculturists of tomorrow when it supports this year’s national Open Farm Sunday.
The company will be offering families bundles of its Britains Big Farm and Britains Farm Toys ranges as they participate in this event that sees 3000 farms open to the public to showcase what farming is all about.
Farmers will showcase their operations in a host of different ways, from farm walks to full open days teaching families about food production and countryside management.
Britains will be on hand to entertain visitors with a selection of toy bundles up for grabs in a prize draw for all registered host farmers. The toys will be given away as raffle prizes, or used for children’s play areas at events.
There will also be prize bundles on offer via the Open Farm Sunday website and social media pages.
‘The Big Farm range of licensed 1:16 scale toys is ideal for budding young farmers, featuring tractors and vehicles complete with lights and sounds, a whole host of implements and even animals,’ read a statement from the firm.
