Father and daughter recreate Jurassic Park with $100,000 worth of LEGO

A father and daughter partnership have recreated Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park using $100,000 worth of LEGO.

The task to create the abridged, stop motion version of the 1993 blockbuster was undertaken by dinosaur fan and YouTuber Paul Hollingsworth when he wanted to prove the versatility of the toy.

“I wanted to prove to Hailee that we could do anything with LEGO,” he said during the end credits of his three-minute feature.

Hollingsworth reveals the process of putting together the LEGO Jurassic Park short in a special ‘making-of’ video.

Jurassic World, the 2015 reboot of the prehistoric franchise, will hit theatres on June 12th, 2015.
