Smyths opens new store in Milton Keynes

Smyths Toys Superstores has celebrated the grand opening of a new store in Milton Keynes, with a public reception that “exceeded all expectation.”

According to reports, customers “queued around the block” in a bid to purchase the latest toys from the popular toy chain.

Youngsters and families were greeted with a host of popular characters, ranging from the Ninja Turtles to Barbie as the store opened its doors to the first customers on Saturday, October 18th.

Jamie Mulkin, manager of the new store told MK Web: “The reception has exceeded all expectation and we are so pleased to see all these people.

“It’s a combination of the way the place is layed out, our prices and the friendly customer service.”

Looking ahead to Christmas, Mulkin already has top tips on what will be flying off the shelf this year: “Our exclusive dolls house, bikes and anything from our outdoor range.”
