Avoid zombies and sink hoops in Hasbro’s new Nerf Hoops app game

Hasbro has teamed with the app game developer, Backflip Studio to launch a new Nerf-inspired basketball game called Nerf Hoops.

The free game tests players’ accuracy in various swipe-to-throw and score baskets in a variety of scenarios.

Settings include a classic basketball court, long-distance shot over the city streets, a teenager’s dorm room and of course the zombie-infested streets of a post-apocalyptic city.

Developed by the team behind Paper Toss, Nerf Hoops also faces players with irksome hazards, including wind, moving cars and ravenous zombies.

Hasbro is also promoting the social aspect of the game, allowing players to challenge their friends in head to head matches as well as compete against players from around the world.

Hasbro’s Nerf Hoops is now available to download from the iTunes App Store.
