Harry and Jacks has scooped a bronze accolade in the annual Loved By Parents Awards for its Adventure Packs Jetpack.
The children’s backpack, designed to fuse role-play with functionality, was awarded a prize in the category for Best New Product to Market 2014.
The accolade tops off a “whirlwind first six months” for the firm that only started trading through independent boutiques and toyshops at the start of this year.
Harry and Jacks reports that following recent successes, it has seen an influx in interest and orders as it prepares to launch its second product in the range, Scubapack.
“We were so pleased to be shortlisted for the Best New Product to Market Award, and to actually win was beyond exciting,” Emma Williams, owner of Harry and Jacks told ToyNews.
“Our first six months has been a whirlwind and we cannot believe the reaction to the first in our Adventure Pack range. We have sold more than we anticipated, which is always good.
“Winning this award has really bolstered our confidence and strengthened our belief that we are bringing something new to the market that kids love.”
Harry and Jacks will be launching its Scubapack at the end of this summer.
“We are so excited about this as it builds on our themes of adventure and imagination. It is very striking and will make quite an impact,” concluded Williams.
