Crayola’s Twistable Crayon to grace all 245 Zizzi and Ask Italian restaurants

Children dining in Zizzi or Ask Italian restaurants will be able to create art with Crayola’s Twistable Crayon thanks to a new partnership between the firms.

Crayola will provide its Twistable Crayon product to all 245 Zizzi and ASK Italian restaurants nationwide.

Within Zizzi, the partnership will also see Crayola branding incorporated into the new Bambini kids menu alongside a nationwide colouring in competition set to take place each month.

“We’re really pleased to be partnering with Zizzi and Ask Italian," said Richard Venner, Crayola senior brand manager.

"They have a great family ethos that aligns really well with Crayola and it’s a fantastic opportunity for us to get our products directly into the hands of our target audience”

The partnership is designed to help increase awareness of the kids menu in both restaurants and provide a fun educational learning experience.

Cleopatra Zukas, from Zizzi Marketing: added: “It’s a fun, creative partnership that helps Zizzi appeal to the younger generation.

"Whilst the menu is created around a smaller portion of everyone’s favourite pizza and pasta dishes, it also hosts a range of Italian inspired games and activities for children to play and colour in, we know it’s going to be a massive hit with the staff and customers and let’s be honest, it’s a great way to distract the little ones during dinner time."

The partnership is to go live this July with the launch of Zizzi’s new Bambini menu.
