HTI bolsters national account sales team

HTI has strengthened its national account sales team with two new appointments.

Alex Ratchford joins the company as senior national account manager, tasked with managing major accounts across HTI’s portfolio of licensed, own label and Global Partners distribution toy ranges.

With over 20 years experience in the toy business, Ratchford has held senior sales positions at Smoby, Worlds Apart and, most recently, MGA Entertainment.

In addition, Michelle Dalziel (pictured) has been internally promoted to the role of national account executive. Dalziel takes over from Jenny Holvey who has left the company for pastures new.

Mark Walls, HTI UK MD, said: "We are thrilled to welcome Alex to the HTI team. She brings a wealth of experience across major retail accounts and a solid knowledge of the toys and games industry."

Ratchford added: "I am really pleased to be joining HTI at such an exciting time for the company and with such great plans for future development."
