Kids gardening brand Twigz gets its first UK blogger

Kids gardening brand Twigz has appointed its first UK blogger.

Keen gardener Mary Hamblyn has been chosen to represent the brand in a number of guest blog posts encouraging readers to get out in the garden.

Recently nominated for Best New Blog in the MADS awards 2014, Hamblyn and her family will embark on a journey in the garden covering a number of subject areas including hints and tips on growing flowers and vegetables, suggestions for small gardens and advice-led ideas for involving children in the garden.

"For young children, gardening is more about the process than the end result – and having equipment of their own can make the whole experience more enjoyable," said Hamblyn. "It’s great to be working with a firm that understands this and gives children the opportunity to discover a love of gardening."
