January. It’s cold, it’s wet and it’s…cute and fluffy?
In a bid to cure those January blues, Tatty Teddy took the UK’s capital last Monday (January 20th) in the hope to lift the spirits of what many psychologists have dubbed "Blue Monday’.
Taking over a retail space next to London’s Bond Street Tube, the team from Carte Blanche – owners of the Me to You and Tatty Teddy and My Blue Nose Friends brands – surprised fans with a meet and greet experience with Tatty Teddy.
Out of the Blue, the attempt to turn ‘the most depressing day of the year’ around, invited passers by to share a mug of hot chocolate and a photo opportunity with the iconic blue-nosed bear.
Following a Me to You mood test, participants were then given Me to You balloons and a free gift bag full of Me to You products.
The campaign also includes a month long Facebook and Twitter programme, allowing customers to nominate someone they think needs cheering up to win a range of Me to You prizes.
