Argos' Mark Whittle silenced the crowds with a below wining him dinner for two at the Ivy

TOY FAIR 2014: Henry Hugglemonster Roar-o-meter champion revealed

Toy Fair saw Golden Bear’s new Henry Hugglemonster collection get off to a roaring start, celebrating the launch with a hunt for the loudest voice at the show.

Argos’ Mark Whittle was managed to silence the crowds when his roar won him the first prize of a dinner for two at the Ivy.

The firm’s Henry Hugglemonster Tea Party challenged attendees to have a go on the Roar-o-metre, testing their decibels with the loudest roar they can muster.

Rob Goodchild from Aardman secured the runners up spot, receiving a bottle of champagne.

Golden Bear’s Henry Hugglemonster range of soft toys and playsets feature characters from the show on Disney Junior go on sale this month, with further products for autumn and winter unveiled for the first time.

Christine Nicholls, vice chairman, Golden Bear, said: "We had so much fun at the Henry Hugglemonster Tea Party. It seemed all of our visitors enjoyed taking part, with people roaring on the stand all day."
