New range encourages children to learn how to use tools and develop the skills required for woodwork

Asobi signs exclusive rights for Red Toolbox

Asobi has secured the exclusive distribution rights for children’s woodwork brand, Red Toolbox across the UK and Ireland.

The latest addition to the Asobi portfolio encourages children to learn how to use tools and develop the skills required for woodwork, as well as aiming to encourage kids and their parents and grandparents to spend time together.

As well as providing specially designed tools, Red Toolbox also delivers a range of sets, allowing kids to create their own toys, including planes, football tables and birdhouses.

The project kits come in varying levels of difficulty, from beginner to advanced.

Karen Sheffer of Red Toolbox, said: "Asobi is 100 per cent the right distributor for our brand. Red Toolbox was created to encourage children to use their own initiative to build a good quality toy that will last.

"We are committed to supporting families to spend valuable time together, which is fun and educational for both parent and child.

"Our tools make woodwork easier and our project kits promote communication, teamwork and also inspire confidence."

Asobi MD and founder, Thierry Bourret, added: "We are very excited that Red Toolbox has come on board. The team and I are big fans and believe the brand complements the set of our range perfectly.

"The project kits present a perfect way for parents and grandparents to spend time with children that will be enjoyed by both and will create great memories. We look forward to showing off this fantastic brand to retailers."
