Carte Blanche Group has entered a new book publishing deal with Autumn Group for its Tatty Teddy and My Blue Nose Friends brand.
From autumn/winter 2014, Autumn Group – part of Bonnier Publishing – will introduce a range of licensed titles in different formats, including children’s storybooks, board books, Learn to Read titles, wallcharts and book and gift sets.
Sam Kelly, head of licensing at CBG, said: "This fantastic book publishing deal will allow us to bring the characters to life, giving extra dimension which we’re certain children and parents will love.
"The brand has an endearing focus on friendship, sharing and fun and we look forward to seeing that translated into print.

Tatty Teddy and My Blue Nose Friends launched on to the scene in 2012, initially with a range of soft toys, collectable figurines and playsets. The property has sinced expanded in to further lines such as puzzles and games, outdoor play, arts and crafts and now publishing.

The deal is the latest in a series of new licensing ventures to be unveiled by the Carte Blanche Group.
New partnerships announced this month include an agreement between Mind Candy and The Carte Blanche Group that will see Carte Blanche creating a range of Moshi Monsters collectable, plush, gifting and soft toys from Spring 2014.
Further announcements are expected over the coming few days.
