Marvel Entertainment, LLC and Disney Consumer Products have detailed the merchandising plans for upcoming blockbusters Thor: The Dark World and Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
Ranges for the Avengers stars will span categories including collectables, apparel, accessories, stationery and consumables, with Hasbro developing action figures and role play items
The consumer product lines aim to support both films as well as maintain a strong retail presence for The Avengers franchise throughout 2013 and 2014 prior to Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron landing in cinemas in summer 2015.
