2013 Overall Champion is Silly Moo from John Adams Leisure.

Rainbow Toy Award winners unveiled

The winners of the Rainbow Toy Awards 2013 have been revealed – with Silly Moo from John Adams being crowned the Overall Champion.

A record number of entries were received this year, with each being scrutinised by a team of toy testers. They ranked the toys for play value, longevity, packaging, build quality and value for money, before giving their overall impression.

(for the first time only we had a tie in the scores and so presented two highly commended awards)

Highly Commended – Extreme Ambush Kit – The Battle Box company

Rainbow Awards director, Peter Dawson, commented: "It is a tremendous accolade for a product to win a Rainbow Toy Award, each year the entries received just get better and better, with both quality of the products and the amount entered.

"But we’re not one of these companies that just give out an award. To win the Rainbow Toy Awards is to have produced a truly excellent toy indeed."
